Project Introduction
Access to basic educational materials is essential for ensuring continuity of learning, especially for children in vulnerable and crisis-affected communities. Alpha Group implemented a School Stationery Supply Project aimed at providing essential learning materials to support students, schools, and education partners during the academic year.
The project focused on timely procurement, quality-controlled packaging, and organized delivery to ensure students received the tools needed to participate fully in their education.
Project Scope & Items Supplied
Under this initiative, Alpha Group supplied comprehensive school stationery kits designed to meet basic educational requirements. Each kit was prepared in line with education-sector standards and included:
School bags
Arabic and English copybooks
Drawing books
Ballpoint pens (blue, black, red)
Pencils and erasers
Rulers and sharpeners
Coloring pencils and basic art supplies
A total of 225,000 school stationery kits were supplied, packaged individually to ensure ease of distribution and accountability.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
All stationery items were sourced from approved suppliers and inspected prior to packaging. The project followed strict procedures related to:
